
Euroguard, a leader in the roofing gutter manufacturing industry, partnered with us to address an important challenge. Despite their strong reputation and extensive dealer network, they were receiving high volumes of missed calls and irrelevant inquiries from call ads and WhatsApp chats. Without a customer relationship management (CRM) system in place, tracking and managing leads efficiently was difficult, which impacted their sales opportunities.
Their goal was to improve lead quality, increase inquiries for their newly onboarded distributors in Gujarat’s Saurashtra region, and achieve this in a cost-effective manner.
To address these issues, we developed a customized performance marketing strategy. Using Meta Lead Gen Campaigns, we crafted ads with 8-9 qualifying questions to collect detailed prospect information, ensuring only relevant leads were captured.
We also implemented a lead rating system based on the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing). This helped identify high-quality leads, classified as “Warm,” which were then passed on to Euroguard’s distributors for final conversion. This approach ensured that the focus remained on leads most likely to convert, making the process more efficient.
